My item has not been delivered! 

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!

Here are our standard shipping times:
Usually 15 to 35 business days for all our products unless specified in the description.

Why such a wide time frame (15 to 35 business days) for deliveries?

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse direct to you and sometimes there may be  delay at customs, therefore the wider time frame. 

Due to high demand of some of our free & promotional products, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact us 

Do you offer guarantees to their customers?

Of course! If you do not receive your product you can contact us by email or through submitting a message on our store. We have a maximum 60 day delivery time frame, if your product did not arrive after 60 days of the item being shipped we will grant you a total Refund. 

Do you offer Returns and Refunds?

Yes, all our products have the Returns & Refund guarantee. We will replace items that were incorrect, lost in the mail, or damaged. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide you with an address to return it and once received we will replace the item with an undamaged one or we will refund you the full price.

We issue refunds only in extremely rare circumstances. We cannot issue a refund for clothing or items that have been washed. 

We ensure the description of our products is accurate so claiming the product is not as described will not allow for a refund.

Guaranteed Protection Period

You can submit refund requests up to 7 days after your order has been received. You can do this by notifying us via email or by messaging us on our website:

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. This helps to reduce the time of waiting, So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 
We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
